Che bella serata con Linda e Brian!
Insieme abbiamo cucinato TANTA pasta fatta in casa, e infatti abbiamo fatto i ravioli riempiti con funghi e ricotta (conditi poi con burro e salvia), le tagliatelle (con melanzane e gorgonzola), gli spaghetti alla chitarra ( con un fresco sugo alla caprese) e poi il cinghiale bianco e rosso….

Anyone reading this blog MUST NOT miss the experience of a lifetime – cooking with Flavia is better than going to the best restaurant. We are now experts at making pasta (not easy) and we had so much fun with this dynamic lady who is now our friend. We also made two different recipes with wild boar – deliziozo! Can’t wait to go back to bella Umbria and more cooking lessons. Grazie Flavia!
