That’s why I love to cook…because it gives to me many opportunities to meet such a great people! And today I met Jo, Mary Lou and (Silent) Billy and together we cooked:

Flavio”s coking class far exceeded our expectations! Not only is she a wonderful chef and teacher, she shares her love of Umbria and life1 Our trip to the garden was a treat, Jo has already made the stuffed pumpkin blossoms and that chocolate salami was divine! We would all do it again!

I would love to have you back in Umbria and next time we will go to the forest to pick wild mushrooms to cook!
