Vegetables strudel with cheeses fondue
PENNE WITH ZUCCHINI AND ROCKET (with the addition of bacon and eggs)
COLORFUL TURKEY (this time without asparagus)

I’m sure that we have not thanked you enough for such a great cooking afternoon and memorable dinner, Debbie was so enthusiastic and keeps repeating that this has been the highlight of her Italian vacation…as for me I enjoyed myself and the evening greatly the best ingredient of the meal beeing your company, but the biggest award you ever earned has certainly been getting my notoriously veggie resistant (if not allergic) son, actually enjoying all these “green” recipes and EVEN asking for more!
yes yes yes: I am so happy when I can transfer the 2% of my enourmous happyness in cooking,eating and drinking! Thank you for inviting me, and of couse it will be my pleasure to cook again for you, and Lorenzo will be with me in the kitchen!?
It’s about time that he learns to cook for himself something other than peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches…
What about thinking of a “today mom is not home cooking for me” kind of menu and inviting a couple of his friends?
That could be an interesting experiment…and who knows maybe you could even gain some volunteers for your gigantic charity cooking enterprises!
