Ingredients for 20 kisses:
150 gr. Sheep RICOTTA cheese
20 biscuits
50 gr. almonds in grains
50 gr. cocoa powder
50 gr. Chocolate in grains
50 gr. Icing sugar
Cinnamon
Sift the ricotta. Powder biscuits (I “destroy” them with a rolling pin) . Add the biscuits to the ricotta with the sugar icing. Divide the ricotta in half: in one put the almonds (holding two spoons for decoration) and on the other half mix the cocoa powder. Shape into balls and keep in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. When ready to serve, decorate the ones with almonds with the grain of almonds of and sprinkle with cinnamon, and the other ones with the chocolate in grains.
